By default, Windows Recovery Environment is preloaded into the Windows 10. If your computer is out of operation, you can restore the system without any files missing. Here provide three ways to access the Windows Recovery Environment in Windows 10.
Click on Start > Settings > Update & Security, then select Recovery in the left pane.
Under Advanced startup, tap Restart now to get into the Windows Recovery Environment interface.
Press Shift and click Restart at the same time.
Type cmd.exe in the search box, and run Command Prompt as administrator.
Run command Shutdown /r /o command and Enter.
