How to Switch Languages on Surface: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Click the Start button and navigate to the Settings app (gear icon).

Step 2: Select Time & Language > Region & Language. Choose your geographical location under Country/region. Click Add Language under Preferred languages.

Step 3: Browse or search for your preferred system language and select Download to install linguistic packages.

Step 4: After installation completes, click the language pack and activate Set as Default to designate it as the primary interface language.
