Sometimes you have to show your presentation on different computer, and that computer does not have same fonts as your PC. To display properly that presentation, you should embed the fonts in your presentation so that the desired fonts will be available on the other PC.
2 options to turn on embedding for PowerPoint presentation:
On your computer, install any custom fonts that you want to use. Then use these steps to embed fonts.
Tips: You can't embed fonts into your presentation unless the fonts have already been installed.
Step 1: Open the PowerPoint presentation. Click on the File, then choose the Option.
Step 2: In the PowerPoint Options dialog box, in the left pane, click Save.
Step 3: Under Preserve fidelity when sharing this presentation, select the Embed fonts in the file check box. You can select the second option, Embed all characters ( best for editing by other people ), click OK.
Tips: Font embedding will increase your file's size. To keep the file size a bit smaller, you can embed only the characters that are used in your presentation ( rather than a full font set ).
