Can the software recover files from a formatted drive?

A: Of course. It supports various data loss situations, including computer system crash, hard drive being formatted or damaged, etc. However, once the data is lost, you should stop writing any new data to the disk where the data was lost to ensure that as much data as possible can be recovered.

How long does it take to scan for lost data?

A: It depends on the used space of the drive being scanned and computer performance. In general, the scanning speed can reach 12GB/min. In other words, it takes about 20 minutes to scan a 250GB drive.

How long does it take to recover lost data?

A: After you click the Recover button and select the save path, all data will be restored in a few minutes, regardless of the file size.

How can I quickly find the data I want from the scan results?

A: You can use the Filter button to quickly filter out common file types such as pictures, documents, videos, audios, and emails from the scan results based on the file size and time.

Can the recovered files be opened normally?

A: In most cases, yes. Once the files are recovered, the software allows you to open them freely without any restrictions. However, if the file is severely damaged during the loss process, it cannot be opened even if it is found.
