I just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you! Something happened to my windows 10 login screen and I could no longer log in. The following resource on your site did it. All is good. I worked for hours, so glad your site finally came up in my google searches!.

Ok, that was actually quite amazing! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I wasn't sure I'd ever get my wife's computer unlocked after a failed installation to connect with our home server wiped out the 3 login accounts. I was prepared to reimage her entire drive but Password Refixer came through for me! Aside from a couple ASUS motherboard quirks to force my flash drive to be the boot drive, it worked quickly and flawlessly! Again, many thanks for your product and frankly, your incredibly fast support the other night. It's truly appreciated!!

Hello. Using the advanced version I was able to reset the password, but only after I formatted the USB again using rufus. The normal version might have been enough for me but as long as it works I am happy. Thank you for your help!

Dear iSumsoft Team, Thanks for the reply. Nothing worked until I download the link below noted as V8-Full.exe, and booted the USB flash drive. My computer a New HP ENVY laptop with windows 10 was locked without knowing the PW and after running/booting the USB drive with the new iSumsoft software I was able to reset the PW and can now log in. Thanks for your help.
