iSumsoft worked very good for me but you need to buy at least the personal license. $20.00 it's worth it!

At the beginning, when I'm trying to open locked files with this program, that shows me the message (no password is with this file!). Thanks for your email. The new version worked whereas the previous one did not. Thanks.
